First Visit
We can't wait to meet you! Our team is committed to making your first complementary visit as comfortable and informative as possible. Your first visit to our office will be completely painless and allow you to become acquainted with our office, our team, and the orthodontic services we offer. One of our team members will greet you and give you an office tour so you can feel at home at our practice.
When you come in for the first time, you can expect Dr. Moore to:
Perform a comprehensive oral exam and review of health history
Summarize your specific orthodontic problems
Review available treatment options and procedures
Determine the ideal time to start orthodontic treatment
Address any concerns and questions you may have
Estimate how long treatment will last
Give you an estimate of how much treatment will cost and review flexible payment options including 0% interest financing options
If you or your child are ready to begin treatment, the next step is to collect more diagnostic information by taking orthodontic records. Orthodontic records include digital photographs, digital x-rays, and study models. We can take all the necessary records needed to start your treatment that day, saving you a trip and helping to avoid missing school or work.
If your child is not ready to begin orthodontic treatment at the current time, we will place them in our complementary recall program. Our program allows for observation every 6-12 months to monitor their growth and development so we can plan to start treatment at the absolute best time.
